was created to provide guidance, accountability, structure, and opportunity for youth and young adults navigating trauma, instability, foster care transition, financial hardship, and personal adversity.
Through weekly virtual meetings, mentorship, education, music, media, and real-world experiences, we focus on helping individuals build confidence, discipline, healing, and long-term growth.
We believe where you begin does not determine where you finish.

Why Mentorship?
I never set out to be a mentor. I was just trying to survive, learn, grow, and build something meaningful from what I’d lived through.
Over time, people started reaching out—artists, young adults, and folks facing loss, trauma, foster care, family struggles, business challenges, and everyday life. They asked questions, called, stopped by. Sometimes they just needed someone to listen.
I didn’t call it mentoring. I just tried to be there for people the way I needed someone to be there for me..
ACROSS STATE LINES
Our mentorship network extends beyond city and state boundaries. While music, business, community outreach, and educational opportunities often bring us together, the relationships themselves are built on something much deeper consistency.
We travel for:
*Community events and outreach programs
*Educational workshops and masterclasses
*Concerts and creative collaborations
*Graduations and academic achievements
*Sporting events and competitions
*Weddings and major life milestones
*Birthdays and family celebrations
*Times of crisis when someone simply needs support
Mentorship does not end when a meeting is over.
Through phone calls, video calls, travel, and continued communication, we remain present through both life’s victories and its challenges.
Sometimes support means helping someone prepare for a job interview.
Sometimes it means celebrating a graduation.
Sometimes it means flying across the country to attend an important milestone.
And sometimes it simply means being a person in someone’s corner when life becomes difficult.
We believe mentorship is built through consistency, accountability, trust, and showing up—year after year, regardless of distance.
The map below represents many of the places we have traveled to maintain relationships, attend events, support milestones, and remain connected to the people we serve.

“I’ve known Jay for over two years and have seen how he interacts with youth. He is levelheaded, patient, and never leads with anger or intimidation—he leads through conversation, accountability, and guidance. He creates a supportive environment and is deeply attentive to the people around him.”
G.W – Pennsylvania
“I met OG through music five years ago, when I was 17 and trying to balance peer pressure, street life, and my dream of becoming an artist. He’s guided me in music, business, and life, always pushing me toward growth and bigger goals. He helped me release my music professionally and stayed consistent at every stage. Today I’m a father with a new mindset about responsibility, purpose, and building a future for my family.”
D.T – Maryland
“I met Jay through GW’s dad in late 2021. At first I stayed quiet and kept it professional, but over time I opened up about what I’d been through—my dad being killed in front of me, my mom’s addiction, and feeling the weight of being the oldest of five.
Jay related because he came from struggle too. What started as music became something bigger. He guided me, kept it real, and made me feel like family, not just another artist.
We’ve met up all over the country, and he’s always been the same person. Even when I didn’t listen and ended up in trouble, he never switched up. When I was locked up, he followed my case and made sure my girl and my son were good.
A lot of people talk about loyalty; Jay lives it. He’s not just a mentor or a friend—that’s family.”

K.P – New York
“I met Jay back in 2020 through business when I was working with a PR firm on the Rocket City Records relaunch. We stayed tapped in through social media for years and eventually linked up in person out in California.
One day we were on the phone and I ended up telling him something I had never really talked about before—years of abuse I’d kept buried most of my life. Real talk, my heart was racing because I didn’t know how he was going to react. I thought maybe he’d judge me, laugh it off, or start moving different. Instead, he just listened. No weird energy, no talking over me, no acting like he had all the answers. He just let me be honest.
That’s probably what stood out most about him. On the business side, I’ve seen him walk away from money, deals, and opportunities most people would’ve chased. I’ve seen him cut ties and keep it moving when something didn’t sit right with him. But on the human side, he’s different.
Even when I started speaking publicly about my experiences and people acted funny, distanced themselves, and treated me differently, Jay never switched up. He never tried to tell my story for me or make me feel ashamed of it. Through all these years he’s been the same dude—solid, direct, and genuine. More than anything, he taught me that integrity and peace of mind are worth more than any bag you’ll ever chase.”
D.M – Boston
“I connected with Jay about four or five years ago after we both dealt with the same A&R team. I’d just been scammed out of over a million dollars and felt completely lost. We connected on LinkedIn and quickly started building solutions, which led to Rocket City Records helping file a federal lawsuit to recover what was lost.
We’ve stayed partners ever since—releasing music together and building independent opportunities, including a joint project with Rick Ross that hit the Billboard charts. More than the wins, Jay has brought consistency, guidance, and a mindset centered on ownership, growth, and long‑term success.”
Closing Statement
More than mentorship.
It’s community, consistency, accountability, and growth, rooted in real relationships and lived experience.
